Working principle: This production line mainly consists of a flat car conveying system, a shot blasting room, a shot material circulation system, a dust removal system, and an electrical control system. The workpiece is lifted by a crane to the conveying flat car, transported by the flat car to the interior of the sandblasting room, and then the door is closed to start dust removal. The sandblasting equipment performs sandblasting treatment. After cleaning, the sandblasting and dust removal system are closed, and the workpiece is then transported out of the sandblasting room to the next process.
