Design structural and functional features:
The new series of steel structural steel through type shot blasting machine equipment is horizontal through type and consists of multiple independent units. In general, equipment does not require a foundation. The equipment mainly consists of a manganese material shot blasting chamber, 4-16 polishing heads, protective lining plates, feeding and discharging chambers. Pellet supplement system, pellet conveying and storage system, optional pellet removal system, dust removal system, soundproofing room, and the entire control cabinet.
Design and operation sequence
The conveyor belt transports the workpiece to the shot blasting chamber, and then starts the switch to control the feeding of the shot material. The result is as follows: the throwing head is only started when there is a workpiece in the shot blasting chamber. The equipment and other units have minimal wear and tear. Peripheral devices can meet the needs of users. The workpiece can be manually or automatically transported to or from the inlet or outlet. The sealing of the inlet and outlet prevents particle escape. The exit raceway is equipped with a shot material collection hopper, where residual shot materials can be manually or cleaned with a cleaning device, and then recycled and reused.
