We use 2-3 layers of hanging devices; The number of hooks on each layer of the hanging tool should be suitable for hanging the workpiece fully without exceeding the width. According to the specifications of our company's parts, we use two types of hanging tools: 5-hook and 7-hook; A secondary hook can be added on the side of the main hook for hanging small items. When hanging, try to use sleeve hanging as much as possible, that is, hang as many as possible without exceeding the maximum passing size, and the spacing between workpieces should be greater than 30mm. Large items can be hung in the upper row, while medium or small items can be hung in the lower row of the hook type shot blasting machine.;? Hanger maintenance. Due to the fact that the hanging device is a vulnerable component, its wear and tear will increase with the process of shot blasting. Therefore, before installation, the hanging device should be inspected, and if deformation or severe wear is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Maintenance workers should conduct weekly inspections and promptly repair any severe deformation or wear to ensure that no parts are dropped.; 2 degreasing; The purpose of degreasing is to remove oil stains from the surface of the workpiece. After shot blasting of workpieces with oil stains, the dust adhering to the shot blasting will form oil sludge, affecting the coating quality. At the same time, oil stains will block the dust removal filter, reducing the service life of the filter. In severe cases, it will block the dust removal equipment, leading to its scrapping.; The degreasing of the shot blasting line in the truck factory adopts a jet treatment system with heating, and the process requires a temperature of 40-70 ℃; The concentration of the tank solution is 1-5 points.; Timely adjustments should be made during production to ensure that the range of process requirements is met.; The horizontal beam shot blasting line should also control the spraying pressure within the range of 0.2~0.4MPa. If it is too low, it is easy to clean and not clean, and if it is too high, it is easy to shoot the workpiece off the hanger.; Cleaning and maintenance: Change the water in the degreasing tank once a week and thoroughly clean the sediment; Clean the filter screen every 2 hours; Adjust the nozzle once a day, with accurate direction and without blocking the hook type shot blasting machine plug; Clean the pipeline twice a month.; 3. Water washing; The water washing equipment is similar to degreasing, and also uses a jet treatment system with heating, but only controls the temperature (40-70 ℃) and does not require concentration control. Other management is the same as degreasing.; 4. Drainage; The longitudinal beam shot blasting line uses compressed air to blow water for forced drainage, while the transverse beam shot blasting line uses a rotary hook type shot blasting machine for centrifugal drainage, both of which are automatically controlled. Its requirement is to be able to basically drain the floating water on the surface of the workpiece, in order to reduce the drying pressure and save energy.; 5 drying; The drying temperature is required to be 70-120 ℃ to ensure that the residual water on the surface of the workpiece is completely dried. The key to managing drainage and drying is to remove moisture from the surface of the workpiece. The consequences of workpieces with water entering the shot blasting machine are more serious than those with oil. Firstly, after shot blasting with water, the workpiece is prone to rusting, which affects the quality of the coating; Secondly, water entering the shot blasting machine can cause rust and clumping of the steel shot and the dust generated by shot blasting, resulting in blockages in the shot conveying system and dust removal system of the shot blasting machine, and in severe cases, the two systems can be scrapped. Therefore, during production, it is necessary to ensure the removal of moisture from the surface of the workpiece using a hook type shot blasting machine.
