The reasons for the peeling of the spray welding layer on the shot blasting machine include:
1. Due to the poor quality of the powder, during the spraying process, the powder does not bear and exhibits a "mirror like" phenomenon. Therefore, it is difficult to distinguish between immature and non melting during operation. Often, the flame moves over before the powder is fully melted after covering, which prevents the squid from forming a good spraying layer
When melting a thick prison cover layer, the speed is too fast, causing the surface powder to melt, while the powder inside has not yet melted, or the spray welding layer has melted, and the substrate is too thin to form metallurgical bonding
3. The workpiece is relatively large, and during remelting, due to the slow increase in magnification, the powder deposition layer is in a high temperature and prolonged heating state, resulting in severe oxidation of the photo formed powder. Alternatively, there is a serious sensitization layer on the surface of the workpiece, and the preparation of the workpiece surface is not qualified. All of these factors cannot form a good connection between the spray welding layer and the workpiece, leading to peeling during processing.
